Refund Policy:
Unused products can be returned up to 30 days upon arrival, a full refund of product is available to the customer with the exception of shipping and handling fees. In order for the refund to take place the customer must ship the product back to Escalate LLC. Please contact us at https://escalate-lift.com/contact-us/ by email for refunds.
Any product received that is damaged upon arrival is eligible to be retuned immediately or a replacement item sent if available. The customer may send images to customer service of the damaged item and receive instructions using contact information found on https://escalate-lift.com/contact-us/. Typically Escalate will send a replacement item as availability allows, if unavailable the customer may choose to wait for a replacement or may send the product back for a refund.
30 days after arrival, all product sales are considered final. Important to note, due to nature of the products once any product has been used it is no longer eligible for returns.
* In the unlikely event that the “Escalate Rescue” fails or breaks while being used in accordance with the instructions of use, the customer should contact customer service immediately at escalate.lift@gmail.com for replacement or refund. See also Terms and Conditions.
